"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I'm going with shrift (or she's going with me). I'll also be AWOL until Tuesday.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hi All.

My nephew Chris joined the National Guard a few months before 9/11.

He has been called up for duty.

He leaves Sunday for an unknown destination.

Frell.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm going dark for a few days for work and a trip to Vegas (Yeah Baby!) and then dim for a week or so for work. I will be checking email, if any LAistas have questions/RSVPs for the Huntington Garden Tea Room. (See Press #348 for details)

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

I have a second interview with the same people I interviewed with last time I posted here at 5pm EST today. The first interview went so well, I'd appreciate any more jobma you could spare.

I had a interview today. Second with the same company. It went well. Wish me a job offer, fabulous riches, health benefits and a decent 401k!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm going dark until sometime tomorrow afternoon. I've got a math competition in Mississippi.

Mostly lurking...

Just wanted to update you all on my brother’s surgery. He’s out and home and recovering. The surgery went fine. The only little hitch was they had to put a tube down his throat for part of the surgery. I still haven’t quite figured out why…my mom wasn’t explaining it very well. Anyway, the fact that he had a tube down his throat might affect his vocal chords. And, he’s a music (voice) major in college right now…getting ready to do his Senior Recital in April. Damage to his vocal chords right now would be devastating. So, please continue to send vocal chord vibes Chicago-wards. I greatly appreciate it, as I know he does too.

Frail my heart apart and play me a little Shady Grove

I'm going extremely grey for a while. Life is getting overwhelming. I'll keep up with Beep Me whenever I need a Buffista fix.

I'll be available at profile addy.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Going semi-dark for the week if I don't get to the library, or blindingly bright on the T1 if I do.
