We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

To quote my friend A, "the good juju is doing wonders - keep it flowing."

S is doing well and hopes to go home today.

On their behalf, thanks for the ~ma.

Our wings are not tired

Some more ~ma please. I'm out at sea working on a show and I just got an email that mom is in the hospital. Talked to my sister on the phone briefly. Mom is very anemic right now and they think she's probably got a bleed somewhere. Problem is her health is iffy to begin with and most of the procedures to really find the bleed could cause even more bleeding. So yeah, some ~ma for my Mom and for me since I'm pretty much stuck out here for another week and it would be very hard to hand off the work I'm doing to someone else, not to mention the issues with getting someone else onto the ship.

It's looking like I'll be in Mountain View, CA flying in the evening of August 24th. I'll probably be free Monday-Wednesday for dinner and drinks, but Thursday evening I probably will be zooming down to Atlanta for Dragon*Con.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm posting this on behalf of my mom. If you are interested in donating, the deadline is tomorrow (or she won't be able to ride).

On Saturday I'm riding 75 miles with my brother and Team Mellen from the Cleveland Clinic to raise money for MS research. I feel so fortunate that I can do this when so many of our patients can't.

I ride for them.

The National MS Society is committed to building a movement by and for people with MS that will move us closer to a world free of this disease. Donations collected for Bike MS continuously fund research for a cure, while also providing services and support for those currently living with MS.

Please help by making a donation. Join me, and together we can create a world free of MS.

Thrive to spite them

My nephew was born last night! (or this morning, sometime around midnight). The only thing I know is that he was 10 lbs even and that he's very long, also it was a difficult delivery. As of yet no name.
