Someone who's an excellent and fast writer and handy with crafts and DIY. Someone exceptionally creative and fun who's also self-motivated, disciplined, optimistic, and has stellar follow-through. Basically, a super human.

Oh, my people! Please everything~ma me, for lo, I am terrified! If all goes well, tomorrow will be the county's final inspection of our new house. If we get our certificate of occupancy, hopefully without anything to fix, we'll be able to move in over the weekend. (Not that we can, actually, since the duplex is not packed yet.)

Please send ~ma for no last-minute disasters, a smooth and unproblematic final inspection by the county and then hopefully the bank, and a favorable final loan package. A good last day of house-building work, and a smooth move with minimal ruffled tempers and breakage.

And for, you know, a good and happy life together for the SO & I (and Seabiscuit!) in our new home! Thanks for hanging in with us through this exciting and scary process!

eta: Oh! Oh! I almost forgot! You are all invited to my housewarming party! Seriously! (Although, please RSVP.) Give us about a month or so to get settled in and everything working, but we're giving a big party. The SO has already invited everyone on this mountain, so I don't see why I can't invite you. If you can make the trip, I can put you up! We have ponderosa pines and the Painted Desert! Come see me!

There's a background check and I won't feel secure until the paperwork is complete. But I got the job!

oh oh oh. if there's any to spare, I could use some of that powerful good-stuff ~ma that was cruising around last week. A couple things in the offing both personal and career-related.

I'll take any job~ma y'all can spare--we're having A Meeting at 9:00 am tomorrow with our new boss, and I'm guessing it's about whether or not we'll have jobs in the near future.

coping~ma please. My roommate says he won't pay his February rent. He wants me to take it out of his security deposit but I don't have the money. I don't know what I'm going to do.
