After a (very) long divorce process, November 12th is the day it become really and for true legal. Unfortunately, ND is working in Ohio that weekend. I really didn't want to be alone, so I've decided to run away to be with friends who get me drunk take care of me and get me more drunk show me a good time. Juliana has generously offered me her place, so I'll be in SF from the evening of Nov. 10th until the evening of Nov. 12th. Would love to see folks for dinner on Saturday (not to mention kiss baby Matlida toes!) if anyone's free. Discussion in F2F.
(I know that I don't stand a chance of making the impact on Juliana's North Beach of Vortex, smonster, or Aimee...but I still want to make a little bit of a splash!)
Just an FYI. Matt's mom seems to be doing pretty well. Still in the hospital , but improveing.
Hi all. I'm in the middle of nowhere, with no interbunny, so will be pretty much black for the foreseeable future. BUT, I have a job that's paying me well, free accommodation and a pub next door. Happy days. Any and all of my -ma is thus being released into the wilds.

Two years ago today, I fell and broke my face. Only by whatever grace I have did I avoid breaking my neck.

First the good news: GF got a performance review today and was promoted with a big raise!
The bad news? She got laid off later in the day along with her entire department. The dept is being outsourced to India. She's got until Feb. 15 to find something else.
