Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

hip deep in pie

I am requesting vibes. I have a presentation tomorrow evening for a class that has been a bit of a disaster. Our prof gave us a huge term assignment, failed to teach us many of the elements required for the assignment, and now expects us to pack an hours worth of material into 15 minutes. The presentation shows little of the actual work we have done because we had to gloss over so much of it for time. But at least that part will be over.

Also, I realized that in my panic about this class, I forgot about a meeting of my co-op tomorrow, and, as the secretary, I'm leaving them high and dry without minutes of the last meeting or someone to take them.

I'm feeling exhausted, pissed off and guilty all at once.

Thrive to spite them

A quick stop in...flight was fine. My grandma's short term memory is pretty much shot. It's hard and sad. Vibes, good thoughts, and prayers appreciated.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Starting tomorrow, I will be dark for the rest of the week, as I head north for Thanksgiving.

Can I ask for everyone's vibes tomorrow at 2:00 eastern time? That's when I'll finally be having my sinus issue addressed by the specialist and I'm mighty scared. Thanks everyone.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm not sure if I'll be going dark or possibly just dim as I head out to my Dad's for Thanksgiving. They do have internet out there, but the service is kind of ehhh.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I am off for food, food, family, movies, more food, some plane rides, and some food. I'll probably be mostly dark until Monday or Tuesday.
