Going darkish to dark until 1/21.
Going to Chicago, with minimal Net access, next week. Followed by taking Hubs to Charlottesville for medical tests (nothing life-threatening) the week after.
I passed the first actuarial exam.

My uncle is home from the hospital today. It looks like all the problems are related to some special kind of irregular heartbeat, but fortunately, it seems that they are able to control it with medication. Releasing health most ~ma to the universe, although I would appreciate small amounts for his continued healing. Thanks all!

The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

I'm now moved into my new place and will be having a house warming party on Saturday January 15th.
