Just talked to Daniel Jensen...thought I'd give an update.
Turns out he does have diabetes, and they do think that is what caused the infection...he probably bumped his shin or something at some point, and it turned into an infection.
He sounded good, though. He was watching Buffy as we talked. Also, he said that he was able to get up and walk around 3 or 4 times today, although, "it hurts like hell." He's already checking his own blood sugarl level and giving himself the insulin shots. He may go home as early as tomorrow, but they may keep him a few more days...he doesn't know yet.

Any jobma that can be sent to midtown NY tomorrow morning at 9:30 would be very welcome.

So, uh, it turns out my new job may just be sending me to LA for Monday Feb 23rd. Which would mean I'd actually go out there before that. Like, be there on the 21st. There aren't any more tickets to that big Allyson party left are there? Or anyone who still needs a date? t flutters eyelashes prettily

So, you know, I've been having this feeling that the universe really ought to cut the two people at Chez Grabien a dram of slack?
It did just that.
Results from my MRI: First MRI (June 2002) showed 8 distinct lesions on three sections of the brain. Second MRI (September 2002) showed 11 distinct lesions.
December 2003, after one year of Avonex?
One lesion. Period.
I like this stuff.
Now, income would be good.
Some ~ma would be appreciated at around 11:30 AM PST Thursday. I'm meeting with a director down at South Coast Rep to see if we click for the next show. I guess they liked me so much on the children's show I designed that they want to use me on the next show. This one is a main season show, and it's a LORT contract, so it's a big deal.
Also, my Dad is not having surgery on Friday now. He saw his cardiologist and the doc wants him to have a stress test and take a closer look at his high blood pressure before the surgery, so the operation on his leg is being postponed for a few weeks.
Work~ma request for 9:30 am CST and 11:00 am CST. I have an interview and my annual review scheduled on the same day as my opening an hour and a half away. Joy.
