Nutty, re Firefly:
Reavers: space nihilists! ...I wonder if they say "Arrr" like real pirates, or if they wear black and smoke a lot of cigarettes. I don't think I could bear to be murdered and cannibalized by someone in a beret. Or for that matter, by Rob Zombie, which is the look Stockholm Syndrome Guy was edging towards.
ted r:
Everything that is wrong with the United States can be summed up by the fact that John Doe got higher ratings than Firefly, and 7th Heaven does better than Angel.
LCD-TV
Can I be pissy and ask that you state which show you're whitefonting for, when you whitefont, because some people may be happily slutting for Buffy but not for Angel, or deciding that since they don't know if Firefly will get picked up in their country, they may as well get what snark out of it that they can?
...or deciding that since they don't know if Firefly will get picked up in their country...

"Magnun PI"
I have to make fun of my own typo. I am imagining Tom Selleck in a wimple, carrying his gun.
I mean, call me old fashioned, but I like the women I'm paying for sex to have actual sex appeal.

Who but Allyson? In Angel 1:
I just came back from net travels and saw someone posting as "angel4dad."
Does anyone else see this as a fetish personal ad description?
angel 4 dad. watersports ok. must be discrete. safe and clean a must.
Anne W. - One of the things that makes Simon potentially interesting is that he is clearly used to a more civilized manner of life than the rest of the crew.
ita - I think Inara might have him beat, but being adaptable's part of her job definition.
Noumenon - "Flexible" might be a better word.
