What, no commentary on the finale?

Didn't hate it. Still found myself wondering what it would have been like with Mitchell in the will-he-go-evil-or-won't-he role, as was presumably the original plan for this season. But Hal has grown on me.

A bit surprised that they had Annie go through her door without much comment, after a season spent on how awful it was for her in the other place. Was it just supposed to be better now that she'd found her own door?

I quite like the new character line-up (assuming they're planning future seasons - I wonder what the ratings have been like this season).

Do we need to white font? It has aired on BBC AND BBC U.S.

I absolutely agree with the plot hatred. My other comments follow in white font just in case.

I think the whole point of the time twisting was to provide Annie with a reason compelling enough to make her kill an innocent baby. "Being Human" at its best is character driven. That may be why having a character act so out of character that time travel is required to force the action results in a really awful plot.

Also, from the white light that Annie was going into I gathered she was heading into heaven rather than purgatory. Maybe that is a misread.

I'm wondering if anyone watched Sinbad, or has read any reviews that reach past the first episode to suggest whether or not it gets any better.

I was extremely disappointed and was then shocked that it has gotten 13 episodes! I can think of other Brit shows I wish had gotten the funding Sinbad obviously did.

Perhaps the first episode set ups will pay off, but the set pieces were incredibly long and boring. Such a waste.

I haven't seen any Sinbad, but I did ahem the first of the BBC "Hollow Crown" Shakespeare adaptations, and watched Richard II last night.

It was gorgeous. Also very capably acted, with Ben Wishaw, Patrick Stewart, James Purefoy, and David Suchet in all the major roles. And stunningly shot, staged, and costumed. I can't wait to see the rest, since Jeremy Irons is Henry IV as an old man, and Tom Hiddleston is Henry V. It looks really promising.

Where are people discussing 'Episodes'? (If at all!)

I tried two 'episodes' and just couldn't hang with it. I like all the actors...loved Green Wing, or instance...but don't enjoy the story of Episodes.

I wasn't a Green Wing fan (loved Black Books though) but I'm enjoying Episodes. Just awkward enough to pass as British comedy.

I suppose this is an odd question,but is it possible somehow to gain access to another country's itunes?

I'd especially like to purchase singles by Joe Moore, currently performing on Australia's Got Talent.

Is there a legal/ethical way to do this?

Bonny, I think you need a valid CC for the country. But I have access to the US iTunes via a gift card from one of my Buffista secret santas.

It may also possible that someone from Aus. could gift you the music and you could pay them back. (I am not sure if this works, I have never gifted music outside of Canada.)

Is anyone else watching Downton? Because I do not know what magic shipping potion they are using, but the ships I ship on this show? I assure I ship these ships more surely than any ships I have shipped before.
