Spike: Lots of fuss over one girl. Other things to do around here--important things. Angel: You know that whoosh thing you do when you're suddenly not there anymore? I love that.

Guardian article on "Mad Dogs", the upcoming Simm/Glenister series for Sky:

Love this bit:

For Glenister and Simm it's different again however. They have been hanging around together after hours, wandering along the seafront at nearby Puerto Pollensa, winding each other up by calling one another "Guv" and "Sam" and clocking the disbelieving glances of British holidaymakers.

Fiona, do you live in Berlin? (If you don't mind saying.) mr. flea is hot for a job there, and if it goes forward I would love to pick your brain about it.

I don't, but I've been there a few times; my last visit was in 2002. I hope I'd be able to give you lots of general pointers as to living in Germany, though. Feel free to drop me a line!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I know, right? And Marc Warren, too!

hip deep in pie

Okay I spent all weekend watching Misfits and all this week rewatching. I love it. Series II HSQ almost made my mind melt. I did not see that coming. I found Simon alternately adorable and super-creepy, then Future Simon was mind-bogginly sexy. That was some good acting happening, playing both sides. But now I've convinced myself that future Simon was manipulating Aleisha and is possibly evil. I don't know, my predicitons rarely pan out.

I worked in theatre with a guy a lot like Nathan. I wanted to kill him everyday with the verbal diarrhea, constant & out of left field inapropriate comments and general assiness. (The height of his theatrical ambitions would be to take a shit live onstage.) Yet I loved Nathan. I laughed so hard at all his horribleness. Maybe it was the accent?

Curtis was the only one I was meh about. I don't know if it was his storylines or the actor. But from the few video interviews I've watched, the actor seems more attractive and charismatic IRL.

I read a transcript of chat with The actors who play Nathan and Simon and the creator, and they asked the creator about influences. It should be no surprise that he mentioned Joss.

Also what does it mean that Future!Simon has the footage of the ASBO Five interview when Curtis reversed time and it supposedly never happened? Can Future Simon jump through different dimensions? Should that even exist?
