The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Didn't they also kill Goody Two Shoes Girl?

Didn't they also kill Goody Two Shoes Girl?

Well, it was another more-or-less accident; Nathan dragged her off the roof with him. Nathan seems to have that effect on the good girls (though Healing-Girl should technically still be alive, now).

I'm in the camp that didn't think they killed Lactokinesis-Boy, though now you mention it I'm not sure what they did do to him after punching him in the face.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

oh i'm positive they killed him. if they didn't, what's to stop him from going public and still killing people when he realizes he's not the coolest kid with powers in the room?

I assumed they killed him, but really wished they'd come up with something fancy so they didn't have to.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I feel badly he was killed before he could do something bad. I was wondering if they could just sit and talk to him about the people with powers banding together to work toward some future purpose.

He seemed like he was hungering for respect and had a low opinion of himself, so it would have been nice to give him a chance.

But that's too much Buffy for me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He was a sociopath. I don't think you can talk someone who ends up that casual about killing people to make himself look better into being a law-abiding member of society. What argument do you use? He killed people with cheese because they were cooler than he was.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

The preview for the Christmas special looks hilarious. I think

From the preview, it seems like someone is buying powers from people who have them? The "Jesus" character, I suppose? I'm guessing that, in the end, Simon ends up with a bunch of powers, which partly explains how Future!Simon comes to be.

Compassionately intolerant

I totally agree with ita regarding the cheese guy. He was a sociopath and, as such, couldn't be redeemed.

Tonight's episode was AWEsome. And the set up for next season was perfect.

Will they opt for the same powers ? I'm going to bet that Simon goes for something like invulnerability to pain rather than invisibility. That way, he can jump from building to building without beating himself up.

I like it!

I wish Simon hadn't believed Aliesha so readily. Or, that there had been a more of a consequence. Or, maybe I just wish she hadn't lied in the first place because I like her character now and don't want to think that she could be so naive, given everything they've already been through together.

Yes bonny, I was very disappointed in Alisha at that moment too. When she explained I could understand her motivation, but still. I thought it was a nice touch that she was at the receiving end of her power for once though .

Oh my God, they killed Nikki! I liked Nikki. Bastards. Tim-like levels of attrition here .

He still bugs the shit out of me, but Nathan and Marnie were absolutely adorable together . And I loved the anti-Christmas-Specialness of it all. "Oh my God, you killed Jesus" !

Yup, great setup for next season. "Late next year" though - wah!
