Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I really miss it. I'd go back in a heartbeat, if the occasion arose. We lived in Firth, actually, but Nurnberg was a hop, skip away.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Do we have any istas actually in England these days?

Friends of mine are going on tour. They'll be playing in London, Stockwell, Brighton, Liverpool and Manchester over the next two weeks.

The Mood are wonderful. I'm biased because I pretty much love them, but they're wonderful. They give a great show. I've seen them play clubs and bars and most recently a acoustically proper theater (which was weird because we were sitting but the sound was beautiful)and they always knock it out of the park. They're charming but not cloying, attractive but not cutesy. Their songs are catchy and complex at the same time.

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

I'm still in England, it's just that I'm not on the board very much these days. Alas, I don't think I'll be able to make any of those shows, either, but I may pass along the heads-up to friends who are closer to those cities.

Thanks! They really give a great show -- I'd love to see the British mini-tour go well for them.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Carusella, a really great band from here, will start its European tour next week. They are amazing live. I recommend them highly.

Swouncing

Poking my head to mention that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Fiona's birthday.

I hope she sees the well-wishes here easier than in Natter.

Happy birthday, Fiona! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Happy birthday, Fiona!
