Heard last night on So Graham Norton that fanny was British for goolie.
Yep.
Which can be funny.

Well he was talking to Jackie Stallone who had a book about Asstrology and something on it said fanny-grams.
Also, Jackie Stallone is S-C-A-R-Y.
Yes, fanny is British/Australian for goolie, so remember they're "bum bags" not fanny packs; but also, of course, goolies is British/Australian for boy parts, not girl parts.
I thought fanny was ass. Isn't goolie on the other side?
It is over here (US) over there (Britian and apparently, Austrailia) it's on the other side.
Heather, how about the Groovy Goolies?
If the show was actually rife with sexual innuendo I totally missed it. Admittedly, in the seventies a lot of things could sail over a little kid's head.
Angus, I LOVE the Wiggles.
xxxxx Trudy
The above may have been influenced by the amount of champagne I have consumed, but what the hell, Trudy loves the Wiggles, therefore Trudy is infinitely loveable.
Drunk though you are, Angus, I suspect your logic may be perfect. If Trudy declared she loved the Wombles, I'd be reacting the same way.
I'm pretty sure I mentioned I loved the Wombles ...
