(The frappr map frustrates me because I only seem to be able to see people's info if they are in the US; the Canada and Europe pins I see, but not the profiles. And we seem to be missing a continent or more. And no, I can't do better so I'll shut up now.)
Laura ... have you tried moving the slider to the very top, and then dragging the map? I just added myself but still couldn't see Oz until I dragged the map to the left and top, and there I was at last.

Nah, there's a couple of us - though it depends how you define "Anglo", of course. I'm as Anglo as they come, but I don't live anywhere Anglish.

Gia sou backatcha, Lola! I am the person in Greece, but I'm as American as they come, except for the part where I've spent most of my adult life in random non-US countries.
Fiona, I guess genetically/linguistically Anglo. Are you the one in Switzerland? Sorry, I'm still memorising who's where--and catching up in the old threads, incoming info keeps zigzagging. Like watching an ant colony! :)
Raq, that sounds like my vita! How are you liking Greece? It's been a while since I last visited, but we have friends all over.
Incidentally, have you by any chance read "Dinner with Persephone" by, who now, who--oh--Patricia Storace? Essays/impressions from her stay in Athens, very interesting. Anyway--I'm mad curious about comparing experiences and always on the lookout for the newest of the kind, especially from the non-Greek perspective.

We have several Australians, notably Billytea (who needs to check in with us), and evil jimi and moonlit.
Several of our furriners haven't been by in a while, like Angus (Aus), John H. (Aus) or Jim Eaton-Terry (UK). We miss them!
Anglo's a good old word. Means so many different things to so many people.
I mean, I'm linguistically Anglo, but as a black chick, genetically Anglo isn't going to be the first thing that occurs to you on seeing me.
We have no French Canadians, do we? Now I want some. That's what I think of when I think Anglo--the Quebecois definition.
