Definitely! You're coming back the end of September, right? Where are you now again?

Wow, Australia should think about buying a lottery ticket. Two Aussie icons in one week. Not happy, Jan!

Yup! And I'm in Sheffield at the minute, finishing up my Masters of Doom that will Never End but Has To by the End of the Month Oh God. Have you found good places to eat/drink/do stuff in Dublin? Not that there's any shortage...
I have, especially as I just discovered the wagamama at the St Stephen's Green mall. That's my favorite Japanese noodle restaurant of all time--Dana and I went there when we met up in London, and I think I ate there at least once every time I went to London. I'm so excited to have one so near to my house! There's a nice looking bar/lounge right across the lane (small cobblestoned street) from my apartment complex, that I would probably go to if I had money to drink on and actually felt like getting reasonably well-dressed just to drink an overpriced pint of lager; but there's a pub right across the river that I favor called Sin-é, and they play music quite often; but I live in Temple Bar, so there's *really* no shortage of places to eat or drink, only shortages of my own pockebook!
Dude, Sin-e is my favourite Dublin pub! Well found on that one. God, your rent must be appalling, living in Temple Bar, is it? Also, have you found the Epicurean Food Hall yet? Just on the North side from the Ha'penny Bridge. Best bagel place ever, and a really good Mexican place too. Mmm, food good.
My rent's only €300 a month, but I'm sharing a matchbox of a room with a New Zealander, and there's another room with two sweet boys from Brazil. It's in this very new apartment complex at Cow's Lane--do you know it? I was insanely lucky to get this place. I didn't know about the Epicurean Food Hall, but I'll definitely check it out. Looks awesome.
I know Cow's Lane, but I don't know the complex. It's near the IFI, isn't it? You are so lucky to have a place that's that central for non-raping rent.

It's a block down and some little alleyways apart from it, but yeah, it's very close. You know the Porterhouse on Parliament Street? It's three seconds from there. I was extraordinarily forturnate, and dude, so grateful too.
The IFI just finished their summer movie thing, which is too bad because I missed them, but probably good because it's turned pretty chilly. Real autumn weather, I love it.
Where will you be at Christmas, SA? Are you going home, or will you be within visiting distance? (I'm planning to head home for at least part of the festive season.)
I don't actually have plans for Christmas yet. I was hoping something would come up--I was going to visit a friend in Wales, but he'll be in the States then, somewhat ironically. I can enter the UK once I've passed through another foreign country, probably France, but from there I'm not sure. It would be cool to see you though!
