Much sticky-ma (or even move-up-y ma) to Fiona's placenta and quick development to her daughter.

Does bedrest mean "more time online with Buffistas?" Hey, a girl can hope!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Fiona}}} Much stay-put~ma to the baby, and much ~ma to you as well.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Calm babystuff to you, Fiona!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Healthma to you, Fiona!

Much healthma to you and Baby#2, Fiona!! Hard to believe Benno's a real little boy by now!

Hard to believe Benno's a real little boy by now!

It really is. But this past week was very, very tough on him, poor little guy.

Thanks for all the good wishes. We're still adjusting to taking each day as it comes. It's a scary time, but I hope we get through OK. The ~ma is helping!

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

All Brits are, I trust, aware that new HHGTTG (adapted from the books) comes to Radio 4 at 6:30 this evening, right?

Yes, except that our digibox didn't work due to torrential rain, so I bloody missed most of it.

Thank goodness for listen again. Plus colleague has already ordered the audio CDs.

Listen Again is one of the larger miracles of modern technology. I'm glad of it more often than I ever thought I'd be when they began it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Have you heard any news on the imminent (and undoubtedly eminent) Jim-baby?
