I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

Didn't know where else to put these. They aren't about Lost but are still OMGWTF????

Looney Tunes Characters undergo "re-imagining".

eta: another link, this one showing the "new" Bugs and Daffy.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Okay, at least the second link says that the characters will be the descendants of the originals, sort of like Batman Beyond, if Batman was Bugs Bunny. Still...

Ann, that's a ferret.

Set in the year 2772, "Loonatics" will follow the descendants of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Lola Bunny, the Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote and Lola Bunny.

I don't recognize Lola Bunny and Lola Bunny. Who are they?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Lola Bunny is, I think, from Tiny Toons. And I think she might also have been in Space Jam.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Must be Space Jam. I only remember Babs and Buster from Tiny Toons.

Either way, not memorable enough to be mentioned twice in that list.

Swouncing

Poking head while it's still the 19th in the USA (though not in Germany) to wish Benno a happy birthday! I can't believe he's such a big boy.

Thank you, Nilly! I think B. had a good day. We've been having a rough time recently (extremely testing almost-three-year-old behaviour, and then he got very sick), but I hope we're over the worst. He is certainly enjoying all of his birthday presents, and we had a great time sledging yesterday afternoon.

And I certainly can't believe he's such a big boy either.

I remember that. Also known as The Era Of Many Timeouts.

However, by the time Emmett was 4 and a half he was very nearly reasonable.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

How the heck is Benno three ?!?!?!

I remember when he was a tummy...
