John - yes, you can listen to 7 days of The Archers, and ISIHAC on the BBC site. Well worth it.
You are such an enabler and I love you for it.

Jim - TAPES!!!
OK, the bag was broken when I got it, but I think everything was in there. Was it 2 new B/A/F tapes plus the old seasons? I hope so.
I know what I'm going to be doing this evening!
Yes! Fan-bloody-tastic! I have only 1 Firefly to watch (Penny J refuses to watch it as she hates Westerns and Spaceships). It's really growing on me. Tim seems to have gone soft though, judging by Out Of Gas.
Not true! I like Star Wars and other spaceships of that ilk don't I? I like sci-fi about space do I not? The spaceship genre I object to is the Trekky kind. My objection to Firefly was the propensity of brown-coloured things and all the dust - it simply reminded me of Westerns with which I admit I cannot be doing. no doubt i'll eat my words.
Penny, you will. It grows on you like mold. Or is that mould?
Well, if you want to eat your words we have 4 episodes we can watch tonight.
Not all the episodes are very 'Western'. Penny should especially try "Out of Gas", since there's very little cowboy in that.
"Out of Gas" is one of the ones we have...
Are there any plans to show Firefly in the UK? Or, how do I get on the tapes circuit? I'm starting to think I might want to see this thing.
That's the one that sold a lot of doubtful viewers here on the show. I could only wish that they'd shown that one first to the critics, to get the buzz going.
