I think Slayers have always been ignored in Angel; I'd expect that to continue.
I always felt it had more to do with the change of network, since it wasn't the case in Season 1 of Angel (and the 1st ep of Season 2) but you're probably right about it being ignored.

I was just assuming that, at some point, it'll be too tempting to *not* bring in the multiple Slayer storyline.
