All Ogle, No Cash -- It's Not Just Annoying, It's Un-American
Discussion of episodes currently airing in Un-American locations (anything that's aired in Australia is fair game), as well as anything else the Un-Americans feel like talking about or we feel like asking them. Please use the show discussion threads for any current-season discussion.

Especially the lemonade. "Runner Up in the BBC Good Food Awards " sounds hopeful to me, as it suggests it's availble in Britian.
Good morning, Am-Chau! (Or is it afternoon where you are?)
It's nearly one thirty, pm. But good morning to you, Anne.
Am-Chau - big Tescos, Waitrose or any decent Posh Food shop in the UK will at least sell the Ginger Beer - our hippy health shop sells the range. Where in the UK are you
I'm just north of London, and I will try my local health food shop next tiem I'm in there. Thanks, Jim- and whereabouts are you?
Just outside Oxford.
This discussion is reminding me of the tremendously annoying practice the news has here of referring to anywhere in the UK as "X miles north/south/east/west of London". If some world-shattering event happened in Exeter, they'd just say it was "300 miles west of London", despite the fact that 400 miles west of london and you're in the sea...
John, one current affairs show on the CBC always references locations in England in reference to Reading. The reason why can be found here:
Oh and they seem to have stories involving eccentric English people daily.
How cool. I love that story.
It's as logical as anywhere else -- except for the fact that nobody in their right mind voluntarily goes to Reading. Or does that make it even more logical?
