I would happily give a recommendation for Thai green curry. Not the mildest curry out there, but not the hottest either, and the flavour is just sensational.

And sorry - but "Curry" is the English spelling of the Indian word for "sauce". So curried foods are simply foods with Indian style sauces on them - many of which sauces are not yellow. The difference between various Indian curries (especially between regions) is as great as the difference between them and , say, Thai Green Curry. Curry is one of those things that was invented in one nation and spread to become the property of the world - like rock n' roll....
