I battle evil. But I don't really win. The bad keeps coming back and getting stronger. Like that kid in the story, the boy that stuck his finger in the duck.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

"Noo-gat" is how I pronounce it.

Mmm, candy bars. No, I have nothing else to add to this discussion.

[Edit: Actually, I think I say it "noo-git" like Lady O'Spain.]

Lady O' Spain - Apr 04, 2003 7:36:14 am PST #3171 of 9843
Red hair and black leather--my favorite color scheme.

Nooo-git. I don't know why.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I think that's how they pronounce it in the commercials.

Roguish Laird

Really? Our commercials say "noo-gah" (which is approximately correct).

It's a remora, dimwit.

I usually hear it as coming close to rhyming with Ted Nugent's surname.

somewhere between noo-git and noo-gat. :)

And now I still have a candybar craving. But YAY for finding out that next time I'm in NYC I can go find a deepfried bar! WOOHOO!!!

I can't muster up any enthusiasm whatsoever for a deep-fried candy bar. Ugh.

Do you (Aussies) really pronounce it "noo-gah" over here? Weird. But you also pronouce "fillet" as "fill-it"!

Guess what I learned on the radio this morning?

There exist Mary Sue Candies.

Of course, I thought of the Buffistas.

I've been extensively briefed by canadians about the Rightness of Smarties. Too bad I'm not a major fan of chocolate.

I've had Smarties, but I prefer M&Ms.
