But the seitan I like best is marketed as "mock duck", and textured accordingly.
But what's the duck ever done to you. And how to you mock a duck anyway? "You've got a crap walk"? "Tony Curtis' hair looked shit."?
I like the Morningstar crumbles & fake bacon. I also like Gardenburgers & Morningstar burgers of all shapes. And those buffalo chicken wings. Now I'm hungry.

"Go ferson a person!"
I tend to prefer veggieburgers that don't try too hard to be meat, because I'm not a vegetarian and in general if I want meat I'd rather have the real thing. I've had some amazing fake seafood, though.

I like all of those except the fake bacon, but I never really liked real bacon to begin with. (Never had it at home, only at restaurants, and since we didn't really go out to breakfast too often, I almost never ate it.) And now I'm hungry, too. I think I'll have dinner. Which will probably be a saag paneer frozen dinner.

I can eat a whole box in a sitting. It's like living the Net Hack dream.
