I get confused. I remember everything. I remember too much, and... some of it's made up, and... some of it can't be quantified, and... there's secrets.

Jim, can't wait for the next batch of tapes! (I only just skimmed the spoilers, honest....). I've still got the first part of the 2-parter waiting to be watched as well.

When did you send out the last batch? Nothing arrived here yet.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Glad the tapes arrived safe & sound, Jim!

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

Robin Cook (Leader of the house of Commons) has resigned. Which means we'll be at war by morning.

If I only had a brain...

Does he still hold his seat in the house of commons? Is it only the cabinet position from which he's resigning?

Only his cabinet position. If

There is speculation that International Development Secretary Clare Short, who has already threatened to resign, may follow Mr Cook onto the back benches on Monday.

Yes, just the cabinet position:

This article from the Guardian is a little more detailed, and among other things mentions the magnitude of the pay cut he'll be taking.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

From the BBC article:

If Mr Blair goes ahead with a Commons debate on military action, MPs warn they will table an amendment stating there is no moral justification for war without a new resolution.

Caught my eye because it's not often that the UK/US "table" confusion pops up in the wild in a way that's not immediately obvious from context. Of course, it would be pathetic and sad if they meant it in the US way, but still an interesting example.
