I truly love this entire concept you've got going with this.
Thank you! One of my crazy moments that turned into a thing worth following.
One of my biggest hopes for the post-Buffy world is that Spike will be around to annoy Angel.
Life would be dull with no Spike at all, that's for sure.
BTW, connie, I want to read Ethan and the Potentials again. Have you posted it at your site? (Yes, I'm too lazy to check.)
Heheheheheh. Raaaaaaaats.
Only one thing didn't ring right - somehow, Spike calling Cordelia a "chit". Implies a younger, smaller, saucier girl to me.
Am, insent, BTW - where do you want me to send "In Re"? What info is needed? Do you and Rebecca want to handle getting it up (no pun intended)?
Yep, it should be there. [link]
Am, that's high-larious!
I have so much back-reading to do in this thread, it ain't even funny.
Insent back atcha.(edit: Deb.)
And Rebecca Lizard! We've been slashed, and not just by Deb. [link]
It's very strange: that must have been posted in the last few days, since you started writing.
Thank you, connie.
I used 'chit' because Spike hasn't, so far as I know, seen Cordelia for some years.
Thanks, amyth!
Deb, Am, thank you both so much for sharing. I love both of them.
I feel... rich.
Me too! Being slashed is fun.
Thanks, juliana.
Hmmmm. When I click the URL, I get a "not found" error.
Backsent to both. If Rebecca wants to upload it to my little site at Rliz, yes please.
I wanna share. Got a letter from my publisher this morning (Ruth Cavin at St. Martin's Press), letting me know that MoveOn was collecting signatures and is going to present them at a press conference today; at age 83, she's furious and still an activist. I mentioned that I have 30,000 words on the third book (she hasn't bought the second one yet, and I'm holding my breath), and got back the following:
If you are going to write as fast as you are writing, you are going to have to be content with my not getting to your book-of-the-week right away, as other things are crying "my turn! my turn!" Which doesn't mean that you shouldn't keep 'em coming. who am I to turn off the faucet when it spurts so beautifully.
I think that's a "preen" moment.
