Well, we may not have parted on the best of terms. I realize certain words were exchanged. Also, certain... bullets. But that's air through the engine. It's past. We're business people.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm heading to bed. Will check back in tomorrow morning, so no rush. Thanks for the help.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It's a pretty large apartment-style room. (And by files, I mean in this case, the .avi of Reprise) Going off this the best I can...

The door opens into the living room and dining area. As you enter, there's a closet on the left, small. Archway to the kitchen area on the right--it's a straight line of a kitchen, old-fashioned white stove (not too old fashioned, but not too new, either). Walls seem to be a sort of mauve or plum.

Straight ahead through french doors with their multi-paned glass is the bedroom.

Pomegranate Mist, no?

Pomegranate Mist, no?

That was when they were repainting post-quake.

During the Darla sex, it was more hard-dick plum.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

it was more hard-dick plum.

Best description I ever heard.

It's pretty clear from context that they're meant to be repainting it the same color:

GROOSALUGG: "Pomegranate Mist" is the wrong color for this room.

ANGEL: What?

FRED: We were just thinking... Well, I was thinking and Groo agreed... That, well, since we have to repaint your room anyway, maybe you'd like a change. Y'know, for a change.

[...]

GROOSALUGG: "Sunburst splendor" is a hue more worthy of a champion. Or perhaps this unique one called... (sounding it out) "Purr-Pleh."

Heh. Wonder if the writers knew what shade a pomegranate is. Because it ain't plum.

I'd actually assumed that it was one of the paint chips that he and Fred were discussing, and not the shade it already was.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Luckily, it doesn't really matter what color the walls are, because Lindsey doesn't care.

Huge thanks, Plei.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I watched "5 x 5" last night for fic purposes, and 4 things struck me:

(1) I *so* miss old Cordy. She seems like a totally different character.
(2) Wesley seems in some ways like a different character, but in other ways, it's so easy to trace how he got from there to here, story timeline-wise.
(3) I miss Lindsey.
(4) Watching Faith closely, she and Fred aren't that dissimilar. I don't necesarily mean physically, although that's there -- I mean if circumstances were a little different, Fred could be Faith-y. Not the Slayer, of course, but in all other personality/attitudinal aspects. Fred's got the crazy. We've seen her get all don't-fuck-with-the-twig. If it were taken all the way, Fred could be VERY Faith-y.

Damn. Semi-gen Wes plot bunny now.
