I'm trying to watch last night's tennis match, and it's led to a discovery--my muscle twitches definitely have a subconscious component--my left hand keeps twitching every time Federer loses a point. Granted, it's Federer, so it's the least twitching I'm gonna do, but still irritating as fuck. I may need to sit on it to make it all the way through.

I only work until 2 today, as I have a Gyno appointment. I did stay until 6 yesterday, though, so it all evens out.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out how to organize the top of my desk, and I think the Desk Apprentice may be just the thing!
It's totally all your fault, bon. But I'm afraid my ghetto printer used up all my office supply budget. Also, the height might still be a problem. I just grabbed a file holder so as not to have a pile of folders, but I think I actually like the pile better. Eh.
And I didn't know Sarah Paulson was A Gay!
I still have a visit to the Container Store coming up which will solve my desk and filing problems, yes it will.
I wish I could work out why Sarah Paulson looks so familiar--her IMDB listing isn't ringing any bells.
Okay, off back to the twitch factory.
And I didn't know Sarah Paulson was A Gay!
Well, her GF Cherry Jones outed her, I thought.
why Sarah Paulson looks so familiar
The first time I saw her I thought is was Julie Benz. I think it's something about her mouth. Once I looked closer there was very little similarity.
Sarah Paulson used to be engaged to a friend of ours, before she became A Gay. Of course I would become A Gay for Cherry Jones, so I completely understand.
Her girlfriend is Cherry Jones? That's awesome, just because Cherry Jones is so awesome.

It's very large. But it pretty much holds everything I used to need to have on my desk, so I'm better off.
In the book Getting Things Done, one of the things David Allen points out that I think is true is that organization will happen if it is as easy as possible-- get a label maker so you can read the labels, make as many files as you like (including files that have only one piece of paper, as long as you know where to get that paper you're better off), and only fill your filing cabinet 3/4 full so that it is not bulging (a command I need to get on top of right now). So you should do whatever makes filing easiest, where it doesn't seem like a chore to file and find paper.
