I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Today's supposed to be the most depressing day of the year, right? Because I am totally feeling it.

It's so blah. blaaaaaah.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Indeed. And ditto.

It's just this nebulous sensation of blah, like someone spritzed me from an ennui perfume bottle.

Of course, I wasn't even thinking about half of the things the article says go into making it such a bad day until I read it, which really doesn't help any. [link]

If you are looking for a healthier life, get a dog. Scientists have long believed that the companionship of a pet can be good for you, but new research suggests that dog owners are physically healthier than cat owners.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

But I bet that's because if you are already limited in mobility, you are likely to get a cat. They don't need walks. Several of my mom's friends switched from dogs to cats when walking an animal twice a day became difficult.

Cat owners never have to walk outside because of their cat owning. Cats clearly promote a sedentary lifestyle. In fact, they embody it.
