What?? I do like Nutella. I like even more how the British say it: Nut-ella, not Noo-tella. It does not taste like dirt, unless your back yard is made of chocolate and hazelnuts.
In the renting of apartments/flats, I usually end up sketching the entire floorplan, during which time I draw in where windows are (and what their view is), phone jacks, plugs, etc. I usually go with 1+ people, so we can have somebody run up the stairs while others are standing in the apartment. And because I live where I do, I interrogate the landlord about heating methods and costs. Some of these old buildings aren't insulated worth a damn, so a 1st floor apt. can run you $100/month to heat in winter, or $600/month.
I was going to say you all are talky meat, but, Golden Globes and Obama are enough talk for anybody.
