COMPUTERS THAT ARE REALLY PORTABLE (Mar, 1982)
My first computer was the Radio Shack TRS-80 Pocket Computer....
My computer was named for me (a perk for the guy who built it), but my secondary hard drive and all of my flash drives are named using Stargate references (Atlantis for the hard drive, and MALP, X302 and Daedalus for the flashes.)
My network is the Hellmouth, which is leftover from when I had a Buffy-loving roommate.
None of my computers are named. Neither is my car. But I'm horrible with names, so I'd probably call them by the wrong names, which might offend them more than not being named at all.
iPhone glucose monitoring!
But they haven't announced copy & paste (yet).
Some of the blogs were saying that this would just a preview and the release would still be a ways off, but given the live basketball on ESPN app, I'm pretty sure they'll have it out there in time for March Madness this weekened.
Still want C&P.
FIL is so getting an iPhone now. He'll use the glucose monitoring as an excuse to MIL, but...
It's official: COPY AND PASTE!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Now they just need to announce MMS support and I will be a happy camper.
Wait, you can't text with an iPhone? Or do you mean something else with MMS? I am not up on all of the lingo.
They just announced MMS.
MMS is sending other stuff besides text; mostly pictures.
