As usual with Apple devices, should you and ND decide to chuck the remains of your old Macbook/Powerbook, I would love to be considered a repository for the challenge. (minus the HDD, of course).
I also understand ND's likely desire to check it out himself...or save it for parts.

Just wanted to say that I'm very impressed with Kristin's mad tech skills. Seriously.Thanks! I really am rather ridiculously proud of myself. I ended up having to reinstall Leopard in order to migrate my data directly and lose the dual user problem, though, so it took longer than it should have. But right now? Fully functional shiny new laptop with all of my files and preferences and bookmarks and everything.
The alarm is going to go off in four and a half hours, but I'm trying not to think about that.
