Buffy: A Guide, but no water or food. So it leads me to the sacred place and then a week later it leads you to my bleached bones? Giles: Buffy, really. It takes more than a week to bleach bones.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sorry, I just assumed everyone would get the joke right away.

Which, I dunno, but I can be rather gullible from time to time myself....

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I totally did not get the joke at first either.

Now: hee!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I liked the bit where if everyone who ever bought one claimed the refund, Apple would be liable for $70,000. Nice touch.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I would buy a Lisa right now, if cheap. Like under $30.

Preferably not one that had been "upgraded" to a MacXL, but I wouldn't run away too quickly.

information libertarian

Can I boast of my technological breakthrough? I have learned how to create search plug-ins for my work's research databases! I even figured out how to put in the EZProxy code! Fear my elite skills!

(It's actually really easy. There's a generator. But most of the people I work with don't even know what a search plug-in IS.)

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

You rock, flea!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Hey Hivemind: once again I have managed to accidentally hit that clever combination of keys which shows all the formatting (spaces, paragraphs etc.) in Outlook. Would anybody pretty please be able to tell me how to turn it off? It's on both my work computers now. Doh!

edit: I fixed it all by myself! yay me!
