Hallelujah! Of course, I have always said that have always been able to do it and they were saving that feature for when they needed to do an update and didn't really have anything :)

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

ha! Spot on, Vortex.

Hey, does anyone use Nike + iPod? Does it really not work with the iPhone? I've been looking at some of their devices and I'm not really clear how they work for general fitness tracking.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That feature lack kept me from an iPhone for a long time. And really was my biggest muttered under my breath complaint when I did take the plunge. I am a texting kind of girl.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I use Nike+. It's supposed to work with iPhone but I cannot personally verify that (though by later today I should be able to). I like it muchly, use it with a Nano and a SportBand, even got the heartrate monitor accessory which is pretty good.

Its so annoying when a tone goes off, and everyone in a 10 ft radius checks their phone.

Still having no luck with getting iTunes to recognize my internet connection.

I downloaded from the link le nub sent, but I'm not sure what to do next. Even so, that would only take care of updating my iPhone, I still can't buy new music.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

the last paragraph or so at this link describes what to do with the file.

Can you backup your itunes directory, uninstall itunes and then reinstall it?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

How come in Outlook calendars, I can see some people's meetings and not others? What I mean is, there are a handful of people where I can see what the meetings are, not just that they are booked. These are not people with any sort of reporting relationship to me.

It's making me paranoid that someone can see mine, though I don't know why I care.

(It's also making me speculate on whether our environmental safety guy has a daughter named Catherine, or if he really is taking his cat to flute lessons as his calendar would indicate. Or maybe he's learning to play the cat flute? The possibilities are, well, several.)
