No clue--I'm only speaking of doing this via Skype-on-your-phone, which you brought over from the US and are using with WiFI.

There also is a new service that will allow you to rent a phone in the UK for the duration. I have not checked prices so it may be really expensive. Later I will find the website.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I guess I could just go without a cell and use the hotel phones for local calls, but I can't really imagine not having one on me. I will have my computer although I don't know if the hotels will all have wifi.
