Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

You should just pay me to keep your passwords for you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm trying to keep out of the Scola password business! You're totally up to date on when I change devices, because I never remember to record and transfer the stupid b.org password from one vault app to the next.

In the meanwhile, I'll just fire up a separate instance of Keeper on the Tab and try and spare you for another few months.

Hey. New board.

Gris--I have been playing around with Firefox on Android, and it keeps its window selection off to the left of the main pane, not using tabs at the top. Does that satisfy your issue?

Maybe! I'll check it out. For now, I've discovered that Dolphin HD in fullscreen mode gives you a window switcher instead of tabs, though I wish there was an easier way to enter addresses in that mode. Still, it's a more satisfying option than any other I'd found.

Can't you just use mint.com on the Tab with no app? That size screen, I'd think the web version would look great.

Is the app 100% dependent on an internet connection? I was assuming not, but maybe that's why it's not available for the WiFi.

Groupon's not available for it either, annoyingly.

Well, it's a good thing I still love my phone.

I finally found out where Swype was hiding. Whew! I'm not sure why I couldn't find it before. Maybe the system upgrade did the trick.

Coding and Sleeping

I use 1Password (not on mobile devices, but it supports them), and it might work for you. Worth a look.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

1password is the bomb. I love it.

I heard some like lastpass

That looks perfect. I'll give it a try.

1password looks expensive--it looks like I have to buy it for every platform ($40, $40, $10) where I can enter passwords, and I can only view for now on Android.

If I read Keeper Password Vault right, the client is free, but you pay for the cloud synching ($10/year). So it would be about ten years before this solution was the pricier one. eta: No, it's $10/device/year. How irritating.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Okay, mom loves 1password but I don't think she's had to buy it for multiple plats. Or that she even paid $40 for it. Let me ping her and ask.
