Huh, I don't see it as an option on the website. Weird.

Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
Huh. According to this page, it's also available for Virgin Mobile, which is news to me.
so, google has a new feature where you can search all elements of google (all their "apps") at the same time. I am not sure how best to use this.
It seems the Pope launched a Twitter account today. NBC Nightly news did a little story on it, joking "how many vatican people does it take...". Then, on the iPad NBC News app, they have some b-roll footage without any commentary, just the filming of the event. It's rather entertaining. Seeing all these guys showing the Pope how to zoom. At one point, it looked like 4 folks were touching the screen at once. I wonder if the Apple Engineers factored that in when developing the product.
I'm confused. The Pope got a Twitter account, an iPad, or both?

I must have some degree of corporate lockdown on my OS or something, because I'm just not seeing the options. But I'll look again tomorrow. Changing to Windows 7 Basic or Classic is the only way I can see easily to stop the behaviour I don't like.
I think Dan and I are both going to get smartphones for our next upgrade. We have T-Mobile, and he was really reluctant, because of how pricey the data pan is, but he's too much of a tech geek to let that stop him.
We're looking at Hulu paid in lieu of our cable, to try and ameliorate some of the costs, and I'm hoping I can also write off part of my phone use, since I use it for business and personal.
I am definitely getting a touchscreen, whatever I do, as apparently I have huge Godzilla-sized thumbs, and I frickin' HATE the tiny, tiny keys on my slide out screen. But I have no probs with the screen on my old iTouch.

I think there's something about this in Revelation.
