A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

You can only lend it once? Huh. That sucks.

Oh, well, at least I can help 1 other person with their reading crack; god knows these won't be the last ones I buy. It's all good. I can see why they would impose a limited lend, from a money standpoint.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aha! I found out how to return it (on the web site). Erin, when I'm done with Mockingjay, which will probably the next or the next book after that I read, I'll lend it to you.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hey do our theater tech types have a good online resource for basic stage lighting terminology? Our band`s worship leader is trying to learn, since we`re building our own edifice and thus, stage. He`s got a book, but it`s a bit over his head.

I didn't have anything I already used, but a quick google found me this: [link]

It seems like a pretty useful and comprehensive site for stagecraft in general, but that glossary page allows you to specify technical areas like lighting, and even an experience level.

Crap. Except it's a Brit page. Less helpful than previously thought.

Our wings are not tired

This is from Amazon which I know you don't use, but you can find the book elsewhere. It's called Technical Theatre for Non-Technical People. I know the author. It's a bit out of date, but a good book.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've run into a number of blog posts about this freakish monstrosity, so I'm inflicting it on y'all:

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Warning: it's even more gross than you think it is.
