Debet,

do you know there is a Netflix streaming app for the iphone to be released very soon? As an iphone owner, Hulu is coming a little late to the party.

Hulu would have more up-to-date episodes than Netflix wouldn't it? I could see the appeal to get the current Daily Show on demand.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hulu no longer has Daily Show episodes. Unless they're getting them back as part of this premium service.

Can't you watch The Daily Show on Comedy Central's website?

I think they only show the latest episode, but I could be wrong.

Thanks, Typo. I will do that. I think I was thinking OpenOffice, anyway.

I can't wait for the Netflix for iphone. Hurry up!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ooooh, Netflix for the iPhone will be good.

The Daily Show website has at least the last week, and possibly more. It just autoplays the most recent.

They're talking about having all of the current season on Hulu, but, unless I'm just starting a show, I tend to keep up with it pretty well. And Netflix has more back catalogue, which is Hulu's other "give us money" selling point. I'd bet that Netflix will continue to increase their streaming offerings.

You can, but their website sucks, and you are still holding a grudge.

Or maybe that's me.

Feh. I finally got the stupid digital adapter for the bedroom TV (which is 15 years old and doesn't have RF inputs, so I use an adapter) and I can't make it talk to the tivo. the tivo works fine, the digital adapter gets all of the channels, but if I try to change the tivo channel, it goes to "no signal" if I'm on any tivo channel but 3. The TV is already on three. Feh. I don't feel like dealing with it tonight.
