Feh. I finally got the stupid digital adapter for the bedroom TV (which is 15 years old and doesn't have RF inputs, so I use an adapter) and I can't make it talk to the tivo. the tivo works fine, the digital adapter gets all of the channels, but if I try to change the tivo channel, it goes to "no signal" if I'm on any tivo channel but 3. The TV is already on three. Feh. I don't feel like dealing with it tonight.

Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
Vortex, do you have the IR cable from the Tivo to your adapter? I had to do that with mine to get them to "talk".
Yeah, I thought about the IR cable thing, but didn't feel like digging out the box to deal with it :)
Also, I need to do a quick and dirty org chart, any suggestions for a free program?
My boss is letting us go early because it smells like a tire fire in here (something to do with the AC repairs).
Which NYC Apple Store do we (and by "we" I mean Scola) think is most likely to have iPhones in stock?
I do not know about iPhones, but Kristin and I are probably headed out for lunch in a little bit. We are in Chelsea. I have no idea where that is in relation to your position.
