People who more about SEO than I do - does word order matter when trying cram keywords into a page's title? I've been banging my head against a wall trying to convince our marketing team that we *really* should have the NAME OF THE COMPANY be the first word in our homepage's title (so it's still visible even if the user minimizes the window or navigates to another tab).

Yay! I'm glad they're finally going out.
(I also think it was a HUGE mistake on Google's part not to give people the ability to invite others instantly, even if it meant starting with a smaller beta pool -- there's essentially nothing you can do to try it out without contacts, and I think a lot of people got it and looked and went, "okay, but what does it do?")
lifehacker has a great article about Wave, and one of the first commands they tell people to use is "with:public" - it is overwhelming, but I'm digging reading all the waves.
