Not entirely, I'd say -- Joss has finished his writing run on that for now. He returns for the final arc of the series in a couple of years time.
I think Goners was to blame for the latest delays, as a rewrite was done for Universal. (But they didn't put it into production in the end).

Over at TWOP, somebody posted that the BBC has split the comic rights to Doctor Who and that IDW will have them in the USA -- I'm trying to find confirmation. Has anyone heard anything about this? And about some sort of Doctor Who/Transformers Xover mini-series?
