eta: escrima is Dick, but red is Tim. I also think he's too big to be Tim, but that's hard to tell.

Robin is confirmed to be Damian, and Bruce will be the only Batman: [link] (although there will be a Batman, Inc. comic).
Of course, I have no idea who Damian is.
I realise I don't want Damian to be Robin to Bruce's Batman. I like him with Dick. I didn't realise I had these feelings before.
Robin is supposed to be the light counterpoint to Bruce's dark. In Batman and Robin, Morrison deliberately subverted this by having Dick/Batman be light and Damien/Robin be dark. Bruce and Damien would just be dark-dark.
My sense of wrong is not decreasing.

Two tons of fun, hoo boy.

Although Tim was not exactly "light." But then again, compared to Batman, all things being relative, he was light-er.
My sense of wrong is not decreasing.
I know it. I really don't want to drop all my titles, but...I might just.
The thing with Tim was, compared to Bruce, he seemed light. You only realised how fucking NOT LIGHT Tim was when he was in a title without Bruce.
It was AWESOME.

I don't know, though -- didn't the whole Obeah Man thing with his parents happen almost right away? That kind of made it hard for him to be light(er).
(My timeline might be way off, at this point, so I don't know.)
