10 Craziest Superman/Batman Stories.
I like IO9 because they'll give a hat tip to slash, even if most of their audience thinks it's icky. It's a sci fi nerd site run by fangirls.

Having met Annalee and Charlie, kinky ones at that.
Their editorial staff is out of line with the masses that come by, as is evidenced every time they talk about race and half the time they talk about gender. It can get pretty ugly.
But they're also pretty slash and fanfic friendly, and most of their regulars are "regular" sci fi nerd guys who have a passing interest in fic and little in slash. And then there's a cadre of squeeing girls (I've heard) who totally cheer them along. I mean, I do love that any time Cassandra Clare gets mentioned, one person brings up plagiarism, and most people have no idea what it's about. But one person mentions it.
And some guy usually mentions Rule 34 with disdain, and then five girls jump up cheering.
It's a fun place. They guess at my dark side.

Bryan Cranston, Eliza Dushku, Katee Sackhoff set for animated 'Batman: Year One':
[Ben] McKenzie ("Southland") is starring as Batman. Cranston ("Breaking Bad") will supply the voice of Gordon, while Dushku ("Dollhouse") will play Selina Kyle/Catwoman, and Sackhoff ("Battlestar Galactica") will portray Detective Sarah Essen, Gordon's love interest. Crime boss Carmine Falcone will be voiced by "Simpsons" vet Alex Rocco.
Ooh, excellent cast.
Ben McKenzie ("The OC"), they mean. Come on.
Ryan Atwood is Batman?
...I can totally see that.
I have started down the well-trod path of reading lots of Transmetropolitan in a short period of time. I'm not done yet.
I went in fully expecting to be off-put enough to not get very far in before I had to put it down (I tend to have a very low tolerance for random violence, drug use, and extreme misanthropy). But there was enough likability in Spider from early enough to keep me reading.
Also, omgwtf introduction by Patrick Stewart?!
