Cuddy kind of broke me this ep. I mean, damn, her whole thing about motherhood...yeah. Overidentification, party of me!

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I have to agree about Wilson, but I think he knew he had to do it that way because 1) House was showing a willingness towards violence (I'd be afraid of that!) and 2) he was afraid that House would talk him out of it. Wilson is, for the most part, to damn soft about House and has caved in to his will way too often.
Must. Get. TiVo. Looks like I missed a good episode of House in favor of Veronica Mars. Hmmm.
My only issue with Cuddy is, does she not have friends? Do her friends not have kids? At her age, I'm betting someone she knows has gone through this kind of thing already -- the "it seems to come so naturally to OTHER PEOPLE" kind of thing. I mean, maybe she doesn't have friends, but I'm just saying.
People should stay home when sick, IJS.
I would have, but I'm a temporary employee and I don't have any sick days. Stupid bills.
Ack. Okay, I'm going off to watch House.
I don't think she does have many friends outside of work, and most of her colleagues are men.
Okay, I'm going off to watch House.
Augh, I still have to watch last week's episode, too. Stupid job and stupid need for sleep!
"Now that you've chosen me to lead you, I would like to broaden our platform to do stuff Jesus actually told us to do."
"No."
Huh?
Look, man, I'm really sorry. It's not that you don't have some great ideas -- you're just not testing well with focus group audiences. It's all the camel... needle... eye... stuff: Your whole presentation is way too fuzzy and metaphorical, and if I understand what you're saying with that, you're pretty much dissing our biggest donors.
Oh, and derailing stoning like you did the other day? Not. Cool. The core constituency loves a good stoning, and all you had to say was "I endorsed this message".
Oh, shrift, I was actually going to say something in my post about how you (one) should definitely stay home if you (one) have paid sick days. Sorry about that.
Cuddy: but why wouldn't she? I hate that about TV sometimes -- when the show is about the job, and people have no other life. I buy it, because why else would she have ever even said anything to a coworker about trying to get pregnant, but still.
