Immediately after dropping @ $300 on a new rolling suitcase/backpack thingy (umm OUCH!), I realized I don't have a waterproof jacket to wear to SF. My shell is shedding waterproofing all over my clothes and has a tear.
What do we think about this jacket? I kind of like the olive...

Doesn't everybody have a minimum of four great-grandmothers, mortality status notwithstanding?
Unless their parents are cousins or siblings.

OMG, what kind of freak family do you come from?
Unless their parents are cousins or siblings

I've got first cousins marrying, second cousins marrying . . . Several places in my genealogical records I've just written down "See record whatever".
Gud, do you have any 5-generation pictures?
I have one that I'm in from when I was a baby. It's sitting on an end table at home.
Heh, connie. I've got a few "see whatever"s in my genealogy records, too. My favorites though are the three brothers who married three sisters and all lived in houses next to one another. So as to keep daddy's acreage intact, of course.
Lowe Alpine rocks, smonster! I like that jacket.
eta: And that's a great price.
I've been in a four generation picture. It's pretty beautiful. My nephew has been in his own four generation picture, but it looks less and less likely every year that I'll ever be able to be in a second four generation picture, much as I would like to give that gift to my granddad.
I have a four generation picture from when I was a baby and my great grandmother was still alive.
