I'm glad you did, Teppy. Did you tell them about the fever, and that Ibuprofen wasn't touching the cramps?

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Hoping it's just normal stuff too, Steph.
smonster, I technically live in Wayne, but in a neighborhood that abuts the park. I have yet to go sledding though. If we ever get snow this year I should try to do that.

I told the receptionist that the cramps were severe, I had a very tender abdomen, and that what finally made me concerned enough to call was last night's temperature.
I didn't mention the ibuprofen ineffectiveness to the receptionist, b/c she took my concern seriously. I absolutely will tell the doctor or nurse when they call me back. I just figured the receptionist didn't need to know all the diagnostic info.
Quick fix ~ma coming at ya, Teppy.

Wicked dress, Aimee! And that's your first sewing creation? Awesome.
*hangs head*
I just checked the list of people to whom I serve as mother. I could have sworn your name was on the list, Teppy, but I was mistaken, so I'll restate: I'm glad you called the doctor's office.

d, yeah, we used to go to Wayne. I just have vague memories of yummy pizza and seeing Star Wars there.
I have an Aunt and Uncle in Wayne, PA. Two cousins grew up there.
Hi, smonster! Nice to see you here!
Teppy, I'm glad you've made the medical folk aware of your symptoms. Not that it will stop any of us from worrying until we here all is well -- because we're like that.
I have the messiest apartment ever! Please send yard sale ~ma tomorrow so that all of my crap finds a new owner.

Well, thank goodness, because I have *massive* Mommy Issues, and I (1) don't want to have to include you in them, because that's no fun for you, and (2) don't want to spend any more money in therapy discussing my *new* Mommy Issues....
Fortunately, I don't have *any* mental health issues about Dear Concerned Friends, so that all works out nicely, don't you think?
And while I was typing this, the doctor's office called back and said I can come in at 1:45 today. So -- woot.
Very relieved to hear you have a doctor's appointment, Teppy.
Fabulous dress, Aimee! That's an amazing first attempt at dressmaking.
