Very relieved to hear you have a doctor's appointment, Teppy.

Fabulous dress, Aimee! That's an amazing first attempt at dressmaking.

I'm getting the pig!

Love the dress - and you in it - Aimee. Great job! My first (and last) attempt at sewing a dress looked NOTHING like that. Kudos.

Health~ma and lots of It's Nothing To Worry About~ma to you, Teppy.

Oh, yard sale~ma for tomorrow, Sparky! I figure I should say it today since this new (third week in a row) round of snow just might finally succeed in knocking out my power at home.

How great is it to see smonster in Bitches?!? THIS GREAT! Hi, girlie.

What is even happening?

And while I was typing this, the doctor's office called back and said I can come in at 1:45 today. So -- woot.

Good. As an adult friend, this news is pleasing to me, because it meets a goal of you, my adult friend.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glad to hear there's no cramps this morning, Steph, and that you have an appointment.

Aimee, I'm impressed you found time to sew. Nice work on the dress.

Snowstorm-ma, Nicole.

I just got a call from a real estate agent asking if we would like to put our condo back on the market. I explained we are renters, and he hung up. I hope this means they decided they can't sell the place right now.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Empress! Go you with the sewing. I own a sewing machine. I have used it ONCE, under the guidance of a talented seamstress. It has languished ever since.

smonster!!!!!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Seany hates my dress.

sobs

Think S would have time on Sunday to fit me into my dress? I'll bring all the stuff like sewing machine.

(Also - I'm kinda embarassed to let her see it. It looks great in pictures, but it looks very amatuer in person. Like, the back is all screwy. Screwy enough that I'm thinking of making a cape/train thing in the gold to cover up the back.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hi everyone! Kisses all round. MWAH!

Sparky, I totally owe you email. Must get head out of ass and plan trip this weekend. For really really reals.

Nicole, hope you don't lose power.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I think that Aimee's dress looks lovely, and far better than anything I could do. Sewing machines hate me. They take one look at me and decide to make all the bobbin thread into a big lump. I can hem, however, and that's a hell of a lot of heming. Surely there must be a less wearing iron on/glue alternative.
