Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

Well, not so good if you want to fly the Saturday before Xmas. Sigh. We are quite FUCKING FUCKED.

Now tagless for your comfort.

'Tis the season to gouge the traveller.

Yeah, it looks like we'll probably take the train up on Saturday and then fly back on Tuesday (no trains on Tuesday). The one way on Tuesday is about $65, so that's pretty cheap (that includes taxes, etc)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

We'll probably get a small, three foot tree again this year. We're going to wait to get a big tree until we have enough ornaments for one, which should take a while.

Last year, the younger nephew would spin the fake tree they had around and say "Whee!" while the ornaments flew all around, which was cute if you weren't his parents.

sj, let's hope he doesn't teach that trick to Jilli's boykitties. Hee.

I think I'll still decorate a little even though I won't have a tree. I've got a nice bright red table cloth I use at Christmas and I hang all the Christmas cards I receive on the bannister on the stairs to the loft. I've got some festive votives I can line up on the coffee table (if I can find them.) I'm just tired of all the work a tree is.

I was thinking more about Olivia.

That would be bad, too. She might give Owen ideas.
