They tried the emails. EMEX intercepted all the emails and was poisoning the well with Aidan. Aidan would write back saying, "My Dad says he's not keeping me away from you - that you just have to talk to him." In short, EMEX was using Aidan as leverage.
Oh, what a sick fucking asshole. Definitely has to go through mediated visitation. She'll just have to patch things up after the fact. I hope he's bright enough to understand and see through the shit. It's a horrible way to become aware of this kind of thing--he's already been though enough.

Weird to be upset about the lives of people I have never met but I have been concerned for EM recently. Nice to know she has a nice new BF and a lovely extended family that takes care of her.
