[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

Well, if you'd kidnapped Teppy...

Now tagless for your comfort.

Happy Birthday, Jilli!

Shake the Cincinnati style chilli dust off those shoes and travel safely back home, ND.

Mac's incontinence is probably age-related and the vet gave her some pills that are supposed to clear it up (and the vet bill didn't break us). So that's a relief.

My brother is law woke up with chest pains at 3:30 this morning. He's in the hospital having tests. That's worrisome.

My back gave out again and I'm waiting for a call back from my doc so I can get another epidural injection. That's annoying.

Sometimes looking at my niece is like looking at myself: [link] She looks so much like I did at that age. I'm going to see her, my nephew, SiL, brother, and my (visiting) mom in mid-December! Woot!

ETA: Happies to Jilli! ~ma to Cash's BiL.

Happy Birthday, Jilli!

GC, that is one lucky niece of yours if she grows up looking like you!

How are you doing? How's the GF? She's been having a tough time of it... I'm thinking of you both!

I hope it will be easily explained and not dangerous. I'm glad he went to the hospital. Is this Christopher's very young brother, or a sister's husband?

I'm glad Mac's diagnosis didn't break you, and isn't horrible news for Mac.

Heavens, that's one adorable toddler! Those cheeks look pretty pinchable.

Thanks, Nora :) We're doing alright. GF is looking for other opportunities in the company and is talking to a hiring manager today. She is keeping her spirits up.

Niecey cheeks are totally pinchable! Kissable, too!

Sister's husband. He's just 48--turns 49 next month. But cardiac issues run in his family. He's been doing everything right, though. Quit smoking years ago, eats right, is active, takes vitamins and a low-dose aspirin a day. He just had a stress test last year and it didn't show any problems. I hope it's just stress or something innocuous. He just got laid off last week so that could be the thing that set it off.

I'm glad Mac's diagnosis didn't break you, and isn't horrible news for Mac.

Thanks. I was really worried about her this morning (after cleaning up a few more puddles). But it's a common problem in older females. Christopher joked that we'll have to be on the lookout for the same problem in me.
